Double LP. First 200 hand-numbered copies pressed on die hard splatter vinyl
with lengthy interview. The 1st and 2nd vinyl pressings can be told apart in the
way that the 2nd pressing comes with heavy-stock printed inner sleeves, a full
colour poster, and metallic gold print on gatefold cover.

Digipack CD version released by Invocation Records in May 2007. It omits the 6
live tracks. Re-released 31 Dec 2007 on 2-CD by Hells Headbangers and includes
all material as found on the vinyl version.

Disc 1 is the same tracklist as the 'Collection' LP.
